The occupiers continue to force residents of the occupied regions of the south and east of Ukraine to undergo “military service” in the Russian occupation forces and to carry out the criminal orders of the Russian command.
At the moment, the command of the ROF is trying to replenish the losses in the so-called “33rd detachment named after V. Margelov” in this way.
NRC reminds that the involvement of residents of TOT of Ukraine in “military service” in the Russian occupation forces is a violation of Article 51 of the Convention on the Protection of the Civilian Population in Time of War (IV Geneva Convention of 1949).
