In the temporarily occupied territories, arrears for the payment of salaries to employees of budget intsitutions are growing.
In particular, salary delays since the beginning of the year are fixed at the TOT of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions. Employees of communal institutions, as well as some educational institutions and kindergartens, do not receive a salary.
Thus, on the eve of the “elections”, the humanitarian crisis in the region intensifies, which allows the enemy to plant its financial aid in exchange for participation in the vote.
The National Resistance Center calls on the population of TOT to ignore the “elections of the President of the Russian Federation” and not to help Kremlin propagandists to legitimize the occupation.
