The enemy is in a hurry to increase the pace of issuing passports before the “elections of the President of the Russian Federation”, which are scheduled for March. The “elections” themselves are a fiction, and due to the low pace of passporting, the Russians allowed to “vote” for them with a Ukrainian passport, or to be able to draw a “turnout”
During the raids, the occupiers actually block the villages and “talks” with those who have not yet received the red paper. In particular, the enemy intimidates Ukrainians with consequences.
