In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, the occupiers have created a “department of the Azov-Black Sea Fisheries Department”, which is nothing more than a poachers’ department.
The occupiers have no right to dispose of resources on the territory of Ukraine, and any certificates issued by fake structures are legally void and not recognized in the world. Therefore, the fisheries department opened in Skadovsk is a profanation.
In fact, the occupation administration will simply issue papers for its henchmen who will cover up fishing in the occupied territories.
The National Resistance Center notes that anyone who serves the enemy in fake structures will be held accountable under the law of Ukraine immediately after the region is de-occupied.
