In the temporarily occupied territories, Russians are imitating popular support by creating fake public organisations.
Thus, a regional branch of the “People’s Front” has been launched in the occupied areas of the Zaporizhzhia region. The latter is an allegedly “volunteer structure” that brings together “volunteers” and “social activists,” but in fact it is a Kremlin organisation.
“The People’s Front was created to imitate civil society in Russia, as the latter is impossible in a totalitarian country. That is why the Kremlin creates fake movements, where activists trained by Moscow and state employees dependent on the state work for a salary.
All members of the regional branch of the People’s Front will be identified and held accountable for collaborating with the occupiers after the region is de-occupied. You can report traitors here.
