All “elections” in the Russian Federation are not a mechanism for changing power and are a complete “cargo cult” that only imitates the procedure in developed countries. Part of the cult in the Russian Federation are the so-called observers who are allegedly unbiased and follow the process.
Observers are designated by the “public chamber”, which is subordinate to the Nazi Fuehrer. Currently, the “local branches” of this chamber make the list of collaborators, which ensures the role of observers in March 2023.
