Russian soldiers are resettling in the apartments of residents in the temporarily occupied city of Enerhodar (Zaporizhzhia region).
Most of the local population did not support the occupation and left the city, so now most of the apartments in Enerhodar are empty and “subject to nationalization”. The Russians register such apartments and transfer them to collaborators, the military, and their families.
Currently, the city is resettling a new batch of people who are occupying the apartments of Ukrainians, as Russia lacks the concept of “private property” and a culture of respect for it.
