The Russian occupation administration cannot ensure the heating season in the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
As the National Resistance Center has learned from the hiding, the freshwater supply to the TOT of eastern Ukraine is about 50% of the minimum requirement. Thus, the district heating systems of residential buildings in the TOT may not receive enough fresh water for the heating season.
In addition, the lack of fresh water makes it impossible to resume production processes at the seized enterprises in the TOT, which Russian propagandists are trumpeting.
The National Resistance Center emphasizes that all the occupiers who destroyed the infrastructure in the TOT and put residents at risk of freezing in their homes will be held accountable for their actions. Lists of employees of the Russian occupation administrations are already at our disposal.
