The National Resistance Center has access to the documents of the headquarters of the 14th Air Force and Air Defense Army of the Russian Army, based in Yekaterinburg.
This became possible due to the leakage of data from the mail of Aviation Major Sergey Borovkov, who is responsible for training pilots who then strike at civilian infrastructure in Ukraine. In other words, the major is actually training war criminals and will be punished for it, because the Defense Forces of Ukraine have all the personal data of the invader.
Borovkov gave us the technical documentation of the unit (from simulators to airplanes), as well as the personnel of all regiments in the 14th Army. Currently, we cannot publish all the data here, but for example, the technical documentation of the simulator:
