The occupiers are preparing to “legalize” the robbery of the temporarily occupied territories, namely to issue fake licenses for the extraction of minerals.
The first list of minerals was created in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region. The project is supervised by the Russian Ministry of Nature, and documentation for issuing “licenses” is currently being prepared.
It should be noted that no Russian waste paper grants any right to use land plots or, moreover, to extract resources from Ukrainian land, as it is not recognized in the world.
Every “investor” with such a “license” will be an officially recognized robber and will not be able to sell the loot outside of Russia. Moreover, he will be punished after the de-occupation of the region in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
