In the temporarily occupied territories, the Russians continue to exercise “youth” – the Russian equivalent of the “Hitler Youth”.
Especially active training of several adolescents to serve in the occupation forces continues in the TOT of Kherson region. The training is supervised by Russian Serafim Ivanov, about whom we have already talked earlier.
The training itself is conducted by Russian policemen from the Grom-2 unit. The students are recruited by Igor Telegin, a collaborator known for posing as a participant in the war in Afghanistan, although no one could confirm his participation.
All these people are responsible for committing an international crime, namely the recruitment of a minor local population for the war against the homeland, and each of them will be held responsible for their actions.
