In the east of Ukraine, the occupiers complain to the leadership that the local population refuses to sell them food.
At the same time, the command in response recommends that personnel rob gardens or select ready-made products directly. That is, looting is a purposeful policy of the occupiers and takes place on the direct orders of the command.
At the same time, the Russian command gives its soldiers a list of houses on how to rob. It is in such houses that collaborators live who voluntarily train enemy officers.
Earlier, the Russians created a commission to verify mass cases of looting by Kadyrovites in the TOT and on the border with Ukraine.
At the same time, it should be noted that the inspection began only after complaints from the population of the Russian Federation, and the complaints of the population about the TOT were not taken into account, which indicates the attitude of Russians to Ukrainians.
