The occupiers continue to audit the seized Ukrainian property

In the temporarily occupied territories, the enemy is looking for real estate that is registered in accordance with Ukrainian legislation and has not been re-registered at the request of the Russians.

Thus, the occupiers do not recognize the Ukrainian property rights issued after the occupation in 2022. The occupiers temporarily recognize documents issued earlier, provided that the owner is physically present in the TOT.

However, such owners must re-register, which requires a Russian passport. Otherwise, the enemy threatens to declare the property ownerless and nationalize it, as was the case with the property of those who left the region.

The National Resistance Center warns that anyone who helps the occupiers rob Ukrainians who put pressure on them will be held accountable. We would like to remind you that you can report an enemy or collaborator by following the link.
