The enemy created fake volunteer units in the temporarily occupied territories, but could not find those willing to serve there.
Thus, according to the enemy’s estimates, up to 7% of locals serve in the “Sudoplatova” and “Marhelova” battalions, which were created by collaborators in Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, respectively. That is, the majority of TOT residents ignored the “volunteer” battalions.
Most of the personnel are residents of the Russian Federation and mercenaries from Serbia. This fact proves that the locals do not support the occupation and ignore the enemy.
