Russian occupying forces continue to place equipment and personnel in preschool educational institutions.
Thus, in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine there have been several cases where Russians deployed military personnel in kindergarten buildings and in nearby private houses that were “confiscated” from local residents. Military equipment is also often located on the territory of kindergartens.
