That is, all farmers in the region have to sell their products to this company at fixed prices that are below market prices. The products are then transferred to entities related to the gaolers, who resell them at market prices and take the difference.
It should be noted that Ukraine has a free agricultural market, where every farmer sells products at market prices. Instead, the occupiers force farmers to sell their products for nothing.
