The Russians have started recruiting students to a network of fake universities in the temporarily occupied territories.
There are 29 “universities” in the TOT where education is free because they are imitation structures, and their diplomas have no value.
Most universities have several hundred students, and most state employees drive there for “advanced training.”
As part of the admission campaign to these “higher educational institutions,” there is no need to write exams, and admission is based on the results of an interview; that is, everyone is accepted. However, this does not work either, so the presence of students in classrooms is minimal.
