For example, the enemy promises their parents the payment of maternity capital for the receipt of passports of the Russian Federation by 14-year-old teenagers. In this way the enemy hopes to implement the plan to passport the region.
The occupiers also continue kidnapping people and subjecting them to torture for refusing their Russian passport. In particular, such cases were recorded in Energodar (Zaporizhzhia region).
