The occupiers continue to place personnel and military equipment in residential buildings on TOT.
Russians place military personnel and military property in hospitals, administrative and educational institutions in the temporarily occupied territories. They also use private houses that were “confiscated” from local residents. In this way, the occupiers use the civilian population as a human shield.
