The invaders are taking representatives of the occupation administration of the city of Anthracite (Luhansk region) to Stavropol (Russian Federation) for training.
Most of these “officials” do not have a higher education and are recruited from the streets, because there is a shortage of personnel in the region. Therefore, tourists from the Russian Federation work in the occupation administrations on a rotational basis, but Moscow plans to change the situation and find a sufficient number of collaborators.
Traitors will be taught to work in “one vertical” of the Kremlin, that is, to distribute money and cooperate with those watching from Moscow. Employees will also be recruited to work with the Russian special services.
