Civilian hospitals behind enemy lines in temporarily occupied territories are turning into military hospitals. To provide services, they involve Russian doctors who are systematically brought to the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. For example, a new group of 30 medics arrived in temporarily occupied Mariupol.
The military leadership of the Russians on the ground serves exclusively the medical personnel of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or other civilian medical institutions from the territory of the Russian Federation.
In general, in all hospitals on the TOT, there is an order regarding the priority service of the Russian military. Even when providing emergency aid, preference is given to Russians. Because of this, the situation in the temporarily occupied regions is critical against the background of the aggravation of the epidemiological situation and the humanitarian crisis in general. Mortality among the civilian population is increasing significantly.
The Ukrainian resistance movement received lists of all medical groups that arrived on the territory of Ukraine from the Russian Federation. Each of the criminals who limited the right of civilians to medical services will suffer a just punishment.
