The National Resistance Centre presents the final research ‘Situation in the TOT of Ukraine. 2024’ on the situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine as of the end of 2024.
During the work, the Centre’s experts analysed the following areas:
- Political situation;
- Military situation;
- Economic situation;
- Social situation;
- Information situation;
- Infrastructure situation.

The research was conducted by analysing data from both open sources and confidential data of the Centre. The work is an attempt to investigate Russia’s methods of integrating the TOT into its ranks and to assess the success of the aggressor’s actions at each stage of the occupation in order to understand the enemy’s further actions and prepare for them.
As a reminder, in July, the NRC published the results of the study for the first half of 2024. Earlier, we also presented the relevant works for the first half of 2023 and the final one for 2023.
