Russians are again facing a shortage of medicines for the civilian population of the temporarily occupied territories.
Due to the enemy’s losses in the south, all medicines are sent to the wounded occupiers, while the needs of civilian patients are met on a first-come, first-served basis.
At the same time, the enemy continues to place wounded occupants in these same civilian hospitals, despite the norms of international law.
The local underground continues to monitor the situation in the region and the enemy’s actions.
