It is no secret that the traitor Vladimir Saldo, recruited by the Russians, earns money by selling stolen grain. The underground was able to identify the traitor’s accomplices.
Russia has a feudal system where every governor of an occupied region is allowed to plunder the region under his control in exchange for loyalty. In the TOT of Kherson region, one of the main ways for the Saldo family to earn money is through grain.
The scheme is primitive: all farmers are obliged to deliver grain to a “state operator” at prices many times lower than market prices. In return, farmers are paid a subsidy from the budget, which makes them more dependent on the occupiers.
At the same time, the fake grain operator then sells the grain to entities affiliated with Vladimir Saldo, who resell it at market prices. The difference goes to Saldo and his cronies.
One of these henchmen is “farmer” Pavel Kozyuba, who naively thinks that he will escape punishment for his crimes against the Ukrainian people. However, the underground is aware of every movement of traitors and other enemies and their routes.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
