Representatives of the Russian occupation administrations in the temporarily occupied territories of the south have been ordered to take measures to increase the viewing of Russian television news.
The vast majority of locals ignore the distribution of “Russian World” kits for watching satellite television issued by the occupiers. The ratings of Russian television viewing in the region are utterly low. One of the reasons for such indicators, voiced in the ROA (Russian occupational administration), is that the Ukrainian signal reaches up to 20 km, or locals watch the news on the Internet.
Thus, the enemy has already extended the free satellite TV service for the TOT population. It has also started distributing “Russian World” packages in fake government agencies during visits to them.
The National Resistance Center notes that propaganda is a crime for which liability is provided. The work on spreading propaganda is a component of this crime.
