Multi-kilometer-long traffic jams not only in major cities but also on roads outside of settlements have almost completely paralyzed traffic in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region. It’s not just because of the unpreparedness of public utilities for bad weather, but because of their banal absence.
The snowplows purchased with Kremlin injections, as reported by Kremlin’s puppet Denis Pushilin, are mostly purchased on paper. And those that are available cannot go out to clean the roads due to the lack of drivers. The reason is the same: utility workers in the temporarily occupied Ukraine have been mobilized en masse into the ranks of the Russian army, and those who remain are not paid.
You can stop the policy of the Russian invaders and their collaborators by publicizing their crimes and demanding their international prosecution. You can also participate in rallies in support of Ukraine or donate to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
