In the temporarily occupied territories, Russians are having difficulties broadcasting the “Russian World” satellite television program (Russkiy Mir).
The Russian lie machine operates on the principle of an information vacuum, when access to the media is restricted and instead the victim is injected with tons of lies through controlled media.
Therefore, since 2022, the invaders have been distributing a “Russian World” satellite TV package in the TOT, which can provide free access to 24 Russian propaganda channels, while the rest of the signal is limited. The package itself is named after the Nazi ideology of the Kremlin, which promotes the greatness of the Russian ethnic group over others.
The equipment is issued without the requirement to obtain a Russian passport, unlike vital services, because these lie repeaters are a trap. However, most of the kits have remained in warehouses, as most locals refuse to receive them.
So the Russians began to give out the equipment as “additional prizes” in fake government institutions, hoping that the locals would sooner or later start using the enemy equipment.
