Salaries at some mines have not been paid since February. As a result, the social crisis is intensifying in the region, and the population is becoming more dependent on the occupation administration, which “compensates for debts” by distributing humanitarian aid in exchange for obtaining a passport.
This is the “Russian world,” which implies poverty and stagnation, while propaganda paints a picture of a “modern state.” It should be noted that a significant number of mines have been closed altogether since 2022.
The National Resistance Center calls for further transmission of information about collaborators and Russians responsible for the crisis in the temporarily occupied territories so that they are punished.
