As of today, the Russians have begun to hold “elections” to pseudo-local councils and “legislative bodies” in the temporarily occupied territories.
Thus, in the occupied lands of Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions, the Russians will hold the so-called “early voting” until September 8. That is, “elections” at the place of residence. In the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Kherson oblasts, “early voting” will begin on September 2.
From September 8 to 10, the “elections” will already be at the polling stations. Such a stretched scheme is necessary for the Russians to hide the turnout and the lack of interest of the locals in the “expression of will”.
Already on September 8, the Russians plan to bring in extras from pseudo-student friends, as well as from guest performers from the Russian Federation to record the turnout at several selected polling stations.
Currently, “members of the election commission” in the presence of Russian soldiers are going around the homes of Ukrainians to identify those who want to “vote”. The Russians have already worked out a similar scheme in 2022 at a “referendum”.
We urge Ukrainians not to open their doors to the occupiers, but to leave the region or their homes for the period of “early voting” if possible.
