In the temporarily occupied territories, there is practically no communication not only with Ukraine but also within the illegal formations. Local residents cannot call even emergency services in an emergency. And here are new ways to replenish the ranks of the Russian army through electronic summons.
The criminal Kremlin government published a decree on the work of the Unified Register of Military Records. Therefore, from November 1, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation will begin to use it fully, mainly by sending electronic summonses to conscripts. An electronic summons will be considered served seven days after its placement in the register. In this way, the Putin authorities are preparing a new mobilization resource for murders in Ukraine.
Now, every male resident of the TOT after November 1 will be considered a criminal and will be prosecuted for failure to appear at the occupation military commissar. After all, the majority of the population of the occupied territories do not have access to the Internet and thus receive information about their electronic summons. There are known cases when people could not call fire rescuers or doctors to the sick due to a lack of communication.
The National Resistance Center warns of the inevitable responsibility of all occupiers and those who work for them for every crime committed on the TOT and against the civilian population. Everyone can help bring the time of the liberation of Ukrainian lands closer by providing information about the enemy, its location, and manuals of the occupiers via an anonymous link.
