Activists of “Cyber Resistance” intercepted the correspondence of the Chairman of the Russian parliament with Putin

The head of the State Duma, Vyacheslav Volodin, suggests to the dictator Vladimir Putin to strengthen state control and confrontation with Western countries after the “elections”.

This became known thanks to the activists of “Cyber Resistance”, who intercepted correspondence of one of the researchers of the Institute of Scientific Information for Social Sciences (in Russian “INION”) – Roman Seytkaliev. The latter is the assistant to the Oleksiy Kuznetsov, director of the INION.

Documents related to the activities of the entire institute pass through Seytkaliyev’s mail. In particular, even personal documents of Kuznetsov.

In this mailbox, in the correspondence between Seitkaliev and the institute’s senior researcher Yuriy Pushchaev, there was the Volodin’s letter to President Putin with proposals to implement the concept of “de-Westernization” in the Russian Federation after the elections.

It is known from the letter that nobody in Russia’s ruling circles doubts Putin’s re-election, and as early as November-December of last year, the Russian authorities were formulating plans for the post-election period, because the letter itself is dated November 30, and Putin’s answer comes on December 12, 2023.

In the letter, among the circulation of propaganda, it is indicated that Russia needs transformation and measures that will strengthen it in the face of future challenges. In particular, a strange “de-Westernization” is proposed, which involves:

– strengthening of the nationalization of the economy, when all raw materials industries become the property of the state;

– sovereignty of science, culture and art, increasing the role of the state in their development;

– strengthening of censorship, in particular on TV and the Internet;

– solving the issue of opposition movements.

According to Volodin, the committees of the State Duma are ready to support the initiative and start working on draft laws.

Volodin’s letter is based precisely on the concept prepared by INION. According to it, the challenges facing Russia are similar to the challenges of the “Great Patriotic War”. It is said that the West’s support for Ukraine is delaying the quick completion of the “special military operation”, and that the West views Ukraine as an investment target and has already invested so much money that it will never back down.

Also, in the institute’s report, there is a clearer definition of “de-Westernization”:

Currently, the data from the mail is provided to the relevant structures for a more detailed study, because only knowing the plans of the enemy can prevent their implementation.
