A detachment of the 24th Separate Guards Brigade of Special Importance from Chita arrived in the city of Starodub, Bryansk Oblast. It should replace a similar unit of the 22nd brigade.
The task of the enemy fighters is to carry out sabotage actions on the territory of Ukraine and counter the local Bryansk partisans.
