The crime rate in the TOT is constantly growing

Total impunity for criminals in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine has become the impetus for a sharp increase in crime. Robberies, looting, murders, and rapes are what have become commonplace here.

The Russian military remains the most dangerous for the civilian population. Moreover, this is not surprising because most of them are prisoners who ended up in Ukraine in the role of “liberators.” However, they liberated Ukrainians from a calm and peaceful life.

The other day, a 33-year-old native of the Vladimir region, Andriy Kurbasov, was detained in Luhansk. Kurbasov confessed to raping a 17-year-old girl, Anastasia V., and then stabbing her. He hid the victim’s body in the forest and covered it with stones.

The killer went to war against Ukraine from the colony a year or a year and a half ago. In 2016, Kurbasov was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison in a case of drug possession and the murder of another woman.

The occupying power at TOT created all the conditions for criminals and recidivists from all over Russia. Here, they either run away or enter through military commissars. We can stop these crimes together—report information about the enemy, his positions, and the location of equipment   here.
