The enemy continues to take additional measures regarding the illegal expropriation of real estate and other property of Ukrainian citizens forced to leave the temporarily occupied territories.
So, on May 12, the Gauleiter of the so-called “LNR” Pasichnyk has signed a “decree” regarding the “peculiarities of obtaining the right of ownership of abandoned real estate.” The essence of the “decree” goes down to the fact that the members of the occupation administration can apply to the occupation “court” with the issue of “nationalization” of real estate belonging to citizens of Ukraine who had to evacuate from the TOT, and which has already been recognized as “ownerless” by those for 3 months by the very members of the occupation administration.
A similar “document” was signed by Gauleiter “DNR” Pushilin on May 10.
The same processes are taking place at the TOT of the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, where land, houses and private apartments are also “transferred into ownership” to units of the Russian occupying forces and collaborators.
The Center of National Resistance emphasizes that the entire territory of Ukraine will be freed from the occupiers, and the property will be returned to its rightful owners. In order to speed this up we call for information on enemy placements and movements.
