The Kremlin continues to use other countries to train the Russian army actively. We are talking about Belarus and its training centers.
Here, Wagner PMC instructors teach two-week courses on mobilized military topography, artillery, medical training, and the organization of command and communication. The main emphasis of the two-week courses is mastering the operator’s skills in controlling UAVs, particularly FPV drones. After such express courses, they went to war in Ukraine.
However, the instructor’s work and salary do not satisfy the “Wagner” PvC participants. In Belarus, there is an outflow of instructors who choose to participate in the war in Africa, which is about a much higher salary.
According to the National Resistance Center, Belarus’s number of Wagner mercenaries has recently decreased from 500 to 400.
